Types of Valves and Actuators

Butterfly Valves

Butterfly valves are an excellent and economical choice for a range of materials. Choose Inflatable Seat Butterfly Valve for powders, bulk solids, slurries, and gases or Static Seat Butterfly Valves for liquids, air, gases, slurries, solids, and more.

Ball Segment Valves

Ball segment valves are vacuum and pressure-tight valves that allow free-flowing cross-sections when open. They offer a compact design suitable for a range of solid materials.

Industrial Diverter Valves

Control production lines by diverting materials from one discharge point to another. Diverter Valves come in cast-iron, stainless steel, and aluminum alloy suitable for a wide range of ducts and vessels.

Double Dump Valves

Double dump valves promote the flow of bulky, fibrous materials that risk clogging or damaging other valve types. They also provide an airlock between material storage and discharge point which is useful when moving between differing air pressure levels.

Magna Flow Control Valves

A light-weight, impact-resistant nylon flow control valve with an easy-to-read micrometer dial that offers 1100 precise set points to accurately control flow of gases or liquids. Three models available for high-flow, low-flow, and ultra-low flow applications.

Pinch Valves

Pinch Valves regulate the flow of powders, granules, fibers, or liquids in conveying systems or pipelines. Ours are compact, lightweight, and low maintenance.

Pressure Relief Valves

Pressure Relief Valves regulate excess pressure or negative pressure imbalance when filling or emptying a silo. As pressure becomes unbalanced, the Relief Valve opens to let air out of the vessel, protecting your materials and equipment from damage.

Slide Valves

A slide valve controls the flow of materials through a rectangular cross-section. Suitable for abrasive materials, Slide Valves can be mounted on hoppers, tanks, silos, or conveyors.

Why Airmatic?

As we’ve said elsewhere on this page, you’ve got a world of options when you consider valves and actuators. Maybe more than you bargained for, or are prepared to assess.
